The Account Director is a key role responsible for building, managing and coaching a team of Account Managers with the purpose to strengthen clients’ communication and increase overall client satisfaction. The Account Director is also responsible for overseeing a portfolio of delivery of digital services provided to international clients. In order to ensure and maintain exceptional quality of service and project delivery, Account Director will work collaboratively with all the departments of Dragon Trail Interactive across our three Chinese offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi’an as well as will manage relationships with key accounts.
