Job Description

The Account Director is a key role responsible for building, managing and coaching a team of Account Managers with the purpose to strengthen clients’ communication and increase overall client satisfaction. The Account Director is also responsible for overseeing a portfolio of delivery of digital services provided to international clients. In order to ensure and maintain exceptional quality of service and project delivery, Account Director will work collaboratively with all the departments of Dragon Trail Interactive across our three Chinese offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi’an as well as will manage relationships with key accounts. Reporting to COO.

Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities• Building, managing and coaching a team of Account Managers across all offices • Effective monitoring of operations and risk as it relates to our customers. • Optimizing internal company account management procedures and cross-department cooperation in order to strengthen cooperation and increase effectiveness• Coordinating with business development department on reselling and upselling opportunities • Ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts• Participating in yearly, quarterly and monthly management meetings • Managing clients' relationships with key accounts • Serve as a customer advocate, be a trusted advisor and contribute through leadership and best practice. • Maintain and strengthen senior-level relationships across all functions of the customer’s organization. • Drive new business growth through greater customer advocacy and reference-ability.

Skills and Requirements

    Essential Experience/Skills • Minimum 5 year experience in travel and digital marketing industry. • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. • Strong team management and leadership skills.• Strong empathy for customers and a passion for digital marketing. • Proactively drives change, internally and externally, to achieve customer success. • Project management skills – detail orientated, prioritizes efficiently and organized. • Proven ability to work in an innovative, fast-paced global environment. • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement. • Excellent English communication skills. • Excellent Mandarin Chinese communication skills
